DSD One Word Challenge

Hi everyone!! One of the things that got me really hooked on scrapping, way back when I started, was challenges!! I love a good scrap challenge. So today, as we celebrate our love of Digi-Scrap, I thought what better way than doing something I love.

So, this is a ONE WORD CHALLENGE. How it works is I give you my “one word” and you run with it. You can make it your title or include word art, or not even say the word on your page at all, as long as the word is evident on your layout as inspiration.

One Word: TOGETHER

I got my idea for the word TOGETHER from my new “My Year In Pockets: November” collection. It’s all about being together. And it inspired me to get all my 2014 Thanksgiving photos edited and organized and scrap my pocket pages from last year (I’m still not finished with 2014 ack!!!!!!)

Every year we have TWO Thanksgivings, which is awesome. Thursday we have Thanksgiving with my family, and Sunday we celebrate with Josh’s. But it makes for a LOT of photos, and it can be overwhelming to try and tackle when it comes to scrapping. But this challenge pushed me to just dive in and get it done. YAY!!

I can’t wait to see what the word TOGETHER inspires you to scrap!!

Here’s how to enter the challenge:

1) Scrap a layout inspired by the word: TOGETHER (try and include a little Britt-ish Designs into your page if you can, but its not required)

2) Post your layout in the Britt-ish Designs Challenge Gallery

3) Come back here and post a link to your layout!

ENTRIES ARE DUE by Monday night at midnight (November 9). Late entries will not be eligible to win. Oh, and you can’t scrap your Speed Scrap layout as your Challenge entry!! They have to be unique for each.

That’s it!

I’ll be choosing one layout at random out of a hat, AND I’ll choose my favorite layout and both of those scrappers will win a $15 Gift Certificate to my shop!!

Let me know if you have any questions. GOOD LUCK and have fun scrapping.
