Hello, 2015. A brand new shiny year is here, and that means its time to start a new yearly scrapbook. You may or may not know that for the past 2 years I’ve been scrapping in pockets. I hate calling it ‘Project Life’ though – because I don’t actually use anything from the Project Life line of products. So guess what I did? I made up my own term for my yearly pocket style scrapbooks!! Drumroll please . . . <\/i><\/p>\n

My Year In Pockets<\/span><\/b><\/center>
\nPocket style is pretty much the only style I scrap in these days. Once I went Pocket, I never went back! I’m completely addicted to those little 3×4 and 4×6 spaces! <\/p>\n

<\/a><\/center>
\nThe completed 2013 book that’s sitting on my shelf right now, is a thing of beauty, and I don’t just mean the scrapping. The fact that I actually FINISHED a complete yearly family history scrapbook (first time I can EVER say that in ALLLL my years of scrapping) is something to write home about. I LOVE<\/i> that I finished it. I LOVE<\/i> that my year is recorded. I LOVE<\/b><\/i> looking at it. It’s truly a family treasure. And I<\/i> made that. I accomplished something gorgeous, AND important. Yay me!<\/p>\n

\nNow you’re probably thinking, “Ok great. But that was 2013. What about last year? How’s 2014 coming? Are you almost finished?”<\/p>\n

Ummmmmmm . . . *cough*. No. I’m SUPER behind. When we sold our house this summer and moved in with my parents for 8 weeks and then into our new house I was without a computer for a while, then I was out of my groove, then I was busy moving, then then then . . . there’s always a then. But guess what – I’m not going to let that stop me. I’m totally going to play catch up, no matter how long it takes. Having completed 2013 and then holding that shiny, beautiful, 12×12, hardbound, yummy Shutterfly book in my hands felt SO INCREDIBLE, I know I have to finish last year.<\/p>\n

\nBut – I’m going to start 2015 NOW<\/b>. I can’t continue to be behind. I have to stay current AND catch up at the same time!<\/p>\n

So . . . this brings me to an exciting announcement!<\/p>\n

Britt-ish Designs is about to roll out something very fun and something that’s not only going to help ME accomplish My Year In Pockets, but I hope it’ll help you too!<\/p>\n
